Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

When you place a pre-order with us, you are reserving inventory for an item that is expected to arrive at a future date. Because pre-orders are processed in advance and inventory is allocated specifically for your purchase, the following cancellation terms apply:

 

1. Pre-Order Deposit / Payment

 

All pre-orders require payment at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page. By submitting a pre-order, you agree to these cancellation terms.

 

2. Cancellation Window

 

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided the order has not already been processed for shipment.

 

3. Cancellations After 48 Hours

 

After the 48-hour cancellation window, pre-orders may be canceled only at our discretion. If approved, the order may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order total to cover payment processing, inventory allocation, and administrative costs.

 

4. Orders Already Prepared or Shipped

 

Once a pre-order item has been prepared for shipment, shipped, or is in transit, the order can no longer be canceled. At that point, the order will fall under our standard return policy, if eligible.

 

5. Delays in Availability

 

Estimated arrival dates for pre-order items are subject to change due to manufacturer, shipping, or supply chain delays. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of major delays. Delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for penalty-free cancellation after the cancellation window has passed, though we may review such requests case by case.

6. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

 

If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order for any reason, including supplier issues, discontinued products, or inventory shortages, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds for canceled pre-orders are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

8. How to Request a Cancellation

 

To request cancellation of a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kidscardealers.com with your order number and the name used on the order.
